Hello Ballet Gloria Dancers and Parents,

Here is the schedule for the remainder of 2008:

November 20--Normal classes

November 27--No Classes-Happy Thanksgiving!

December 4--No Classes due to the Nutcraker

December 11--Classes ending at 4:30 (only affects Allegro and Waltz)

December 18-- Normal Classes

December 25--No Classes-Merry Christmas!

December 30--Ballet Gloria Christmas Party

January 1--No classes-Happy New Year!

January 8--Resume normal classes

New Class Times

Hello Ballet Gloria Dancers and Parents,

We've been praying and thinking through the new class-time situation, and we've decided to hold two separate class hours (1:15-2:15, 2:15-3:15) for ages 3-8. At the 1:15pm hour, Miss Olivia and will teach a class for 5-8y/os and Miss Josie will teach a class for 3-5y/os. At the 2:15pm hour, Miss Josie and Miss Kendra will team teach a class for 5-8y/os and Miss Olivia and Miss Sophie will team-teach a class for 3-5y/os. All of our teachers are classically trained in ballet, currently keep up their own ballet instruction, and teac children in this age group in dance and other capacities. Additionally, our teachers have all completed Bibleland teacher training and comply with the OHC guidlines for the safety of your children. It is your decision as to what time works best for you and your family.

New Ballet Gloria Class Times

Hello Ballet Gloria Dancers and Parents,

I am writing to announce that we will be opening up classes on Thursdays from 1:15pm-2:15pm for children 3-8 years old. We are grateful to God for a tremendous amount of growth this year, and are working to find ways to best serve these delightful new dancers. Would any of you be interested in attending an earlier class time with smaller numbers? If so, please email me at jsdeahl@swbell.net with your preference in class time as well as the age group you are interested in. We will also need room moms and class assistants for these new classes--please let us know if you would be at all interested in volunteering for these positions.

Nutcracker Student Performance 2008

Hello Ballet Gloria Dancers and Parents,

Below is a post including an order form for tickets to the student performance of the Nutcracker. Ballet Gloria is bring a "Seeds Home School Field Trip Group" to see this performance (Please make sure to note your group as "Seeds"). If you are interested in joining us, please fill out the order form below and turn it in to Miss Josie, Miss Olivia, or Miss Glenda by October 16 (preferably sooner).

If you are not able to attend the student performance, but are still interested in seeing the Nutcracker, we can also put together a group to go to an evening or matinee performance with a group discount--just let me know.
