Ballet Gloria Summer Workshop 2007
Hello Ballet Gloria Dancers and Parents,
Due to several inquiries regarding summer classes, we are considering hosting a summer workshop. It would require five days of intensive dance training and Bible study in July (July 9-13). Although it would be offered free of charge, we would require advance registration (in order to anticipate how many people could commit). We will host this workshop if we have at least 10 children register from either the kindergarten-9yrs. age group or the 10yrs. and up age group by June 10, 2007.
We would offer a daily ballet class with scripture memory for children in Kindergarten-9yrs. Mothers would be more than welcome to participate with their children, but would also be welcome to simply observe. This age group would meet from 10:00a.m.-11:00a.m. every morning Mon., July 9-Fri., July 13.
We would offer daily intensive training for ages 10yrs. and up from 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Mon., July 9-Fri., July13. Their classes could include: Bible Study, Ballet Technique, Modern, Choreography Composition, and Musical Worship Styles (this proposed syllabus is subject to change). Mothers would be welcome to participate in and/or observe all of these classes. We would ask that this age group bring sack lunches.
If you and/or your child would like to participate in this workshop, please fill out the attached registration form and return it to me (either via email, USPS, fax, or turn in to me at the end of class).
This has been a wonderful year and I thank God daily for you and for the opportunity to work with such wonderful young men and women as your children! I have been so blessed by your hard work, smiling faces, encouraging words, and sweet spirits. Thank you so much! I am really looking forward to next year!
